At The Chiltern Brewery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your craft ales and local produce. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 14 days of receipt to arrange a replacement or full refund.
Return Process

Email our customer service team with your order number and details of the issue, including photos if the items arrived damaged.
- 2.Awaiting Authorization
We will review your request within 48 hours and provide instructions for returning the goods if a physical return is required.
- 3.Secure Packaging
Carefully repackage the items in their original transit packaging to ensure glass bottles and jars are protected during the return journey.
- 4.Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
