Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our traditional ales, farm shop products, and delivery services.

How do you ensure the beer arrives fresh?

All our bottled ales and draught containers are packaged directly at our brewery in the Chiltern Hills. We use robust, brewery-grade cardboard packaging to protect against light and impact during transit.

What is the shelf life of your draught beer containers?

Our polypins and minikegs are best enjoyed fresh. Typically, unopened draught containers have a shelf life of 2-4 weeks. Once opened, we recommend consuming the beer within 3-5 days for the best quality.

Where do you deliver and how much does it cost?

We offer nationwide delivery across the UK. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, with local delivery options available for residents near the brewery. Orders over a certain threshold may qualify for free shipping.

Are your beers suitable for vegans or vegetarians?

Many of our bottled beers are suitable for vegetarians. However, some of our traditional cask ales use isinglass finings for clarity. Please check the specific product descriptions or contact us for a full list of vegan-friendly options.

What should I do if a bottle arrives broken?

We take great care in packing your order, but if any items are damaged during transit, please take a photo and contact our customer service team within 24 hours. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.

Can I click and collect my order from the Brewery Shop?

Yes, you can select 'Click & Collect' at checkout. Your order will be prepared at our brewery shop in Terrick, and you will receive an email notification as soon as it is ready for pickup.
